Most of our products are stored and shipped from Fulfillment centers located in the United States.
If you mistakenly input the wrong information, such as the shipping address, size,color or style, please contact us at info@hugut.com ASAP. We will help you to change it if the package has not been shipped out.
If your order is still being processed and has not shipped,please contact us at info@hugut.com ASAP cancel your order. If the item is already sent, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or adjust orders.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 - 10 business days of the order being placed.
Most orders will be delivered within 2-7 working days, a few bulk orders will be delivered within 5-20 working days.
